After a year of not even talking and seeing each other, they had their reunion and cleared things up.
Tears flowed, the sisters admitted of their meeting.

“Siyempre nag-iyakan yun. Tears of joy and yung bugso ng emotions eh hindi mawawala yun (We were both crying. It was tears of joy and the emotions we felt towards each other,” said Claudine.
Claudine added that because of the misunderstanding and the reconciliation they both went through, she now appreciates more the presence of her elder sister Gretchen.
“Mas dependent ako sa mga ate ko ngayon, sa mga kapatid ko (I am more dependent with my sisters now,” she said.
She added: “We can consider yung nangyari sa amin as a blessing kahit na gaano kahirap at gaano kasakit yung napagdaanan namin (We can consider what happen as a blessing even though we both felt bad about it).”
“Hinding-hindi na talaga mauulit ito at hindi na ulit mawawala yung kapatid ko sa akin (This will never happen again and that will be the last time I will lose my sister),” she said.
Claudine added that because of what took place between them and the reconciliation they both went through, she now appreciates more the presence of Gretchen.
“Mas dependent ako sa mga ate ko ngayon, sa mga kapatid ko. We can consider yung nangyari sa amin as a blessing kahit na gaano kahirap at gaano kasakit yung napagdaanan namin (I am more dependent with my sisters now. We can consider what happen as a blessing even though we both felt bad about it).”
“I realized that we cannot live without each other now,” she said.
Claudine is back on GMA 7 network with the upcoming series titled “Iglot” opposite Marvin Agustin, Luis Alandy, Jolina Magdangal and Patrick Garcia.
Gretchen, on the other hand, is gearing up for a new television series on ABS-CBN network titled “Alta” with actresses KC Concepcion and Angelica Panganiban.
Gretchen disclosed that she is also planning to produce a movie with a friend soon.
When asked about her reported reconciliation with sister Claudine, Gretchen scored the media, saying the matter is closed and should no longer be discussed in the media.
“It’s a family matter,” she said, adding that the people want to know more about her projects than her personal life.
“Yung mga away at bati ng pamilya, amin na ‘yon, hindi ba?” she told ABS-CBN, her mother studio.
She added: “ I mean, I don’t want to be always masungit everytime you ask me. Pero hindi ba dapat alam niyo na din kung ayaw kong sagutin eh huwag na nating pilitin. Kasi hindi naman maganda ‘yon.
Hindi magandang halimbawa sa tao na ‘hoy bati kami, hoy magkaaway kami.’ Bawat kibot kailangan bang malaman ng publiko, eh hindi naman importante.”
