FLIPSIDE – Nelia Dingcong Bernabe has a Master’s degree in Journalism from Northwestern University, Evanston, IL.
She currently works as the program supervisor for the community education office of a local school district and its foundation, and writes a column for a weekend newspaper in Bacolod City, Philippines.
She worked as production manager of a media service company in the northwest suburb of Chicago for 19 years.
Nelia was a high school and college journalism professor in the Philippines and was also the anchorwoman of a TV news program.
