In fact, they have been reported to be already dating each other for sometime now, although they are on denial mode about the matter.
Diether has even admitted that Kris has helped him look for a new home and in decorating it.

When Mayor Junjun Binay of Makati City admitted that he has been dating Kris, the presidential sister fumed, prompting speculations that Diether maybe is the new apple of her eyes.
Just last Saturday, Diether personally visited Kris on the set of “The Price is Right.”
Then, he appeared in the show as a guest of the television host.

Diether was formerly married to actress Kristine Hermosa with whom he has a child. After their marriage was annulled, he was linked to fashion buyer Rima Ostwani.
Denying his links to Kris, the young actor says he wants to enjoy his singlehood first before jumping to another romance.
“Pagbigyan din naman sana ako na ma-enjoy ko din itong pagiging single ko,” he said.
Diether has just celebrated his birthday with a fund-raising golf tournament in Tagaytay City with his close showbiz and non-showbiz friends.
Among the stars who participated in the fund drive were rumored real life sweethearts Zanjoe Marudo and Bea Alonzo.
Diether said he is very happy with the participants of the tournament because the proceeds will go directly to Knowledge Channel and his Kids Foundation.
“Talagang ang goal naming, eh, mailagay ito sa mga projects for education,” he said.
He added: “Marami kasing projects ang Knowledge Channel and at the same time, maraming activities din yung Kids foundation (Our goal really is to raise money, which will be used in our projects for education. Knowledge Channel and Kids Foundation have lots of projects for the benefit of the less fortunate children).”
Diether said he is very thankful for what he has accomplished and what he has now like a son and a successful entertainment career.
