Bong Revilla, Lani Mercado set to celebrate 25th wedding anniversary

Sen. Ramon “Bong” Revilla Jr. and wife Rep. Lani Mercado are set to celebrate their 25th wedding anniversary on May 28. 

“We want it special kasi bihira ‘yong showbiz marriages at basically bihira ang marriages na nagla-last ng ganito katagal. And we are one of few who are blessed,” said Lani in a television interview.

ABS-CBN reported that the couple already shot their prenuptial video in Boracay.

The couple originally planned to celebrate their silver anniversary at the Church of Recessional in Glendale Forest Law  in California, but it was rescheduled to May 28 due to their busy schedules.

The couple got married in California on May 28, 1986, and they exchanged vows again in Cavite on March 25, 1998.
