The reason: she stars in the ABS-CBN primetime series called “Imortal.”
And she has matinee idol John Lloyd Cruz for her partner in that television series.

And since working with the top actor, Angel has become a good friend and supporter to John Lloyd.
In fact, it is she who is showering praises to the young actor because of what she said as his love for his family.
Angel disclosed that John Lloyd’s acting ability is very much known in the country, but his being very generous to his family is not known to people.
“Alam naman nating lahat kung gaano kahusay na artista si Lloydie at kung gaano siya ka-professional. Pero ako, ang mas hinangaan ko talaga sa kanya ay kung paano siya sa pamilya niya,” she said at the press conference of “Imortal.”
“Mindan kasi nakakausap ko yung mom niya, yung mga kasama niya sa taping. Ikinukwento sa akin kung papaano si Lloydie sa bahay. As in sobrang nagulat ako,” Angel added.
Glaiza Jarloc of Sun Star reported that Angel also revealed that John Lloyd refuses to be served when he is at his home and tries to do household chores for his parents.
“Hindi daw talaga yan nagpapahanda or anything. Kunyari andyan na yung pagkain, sya pa ang magse-serve sa mommy, daddy nya. Hindi talaga sya dumidepende sa mga kasama nila sa bahay.”
Aside from this, Angel also noticed that whatever his family wants, the actor gives with no questions asked.
She said: “Bihira na kasi sa trabaho namin yung makakapagbonding ka pa sa pamilya mo kasi nga sa oras ng trabaho pero sya kahit pagod na eh talagang hindi pa yan matutulog, makikipag-kwentuhan pa.”
Angel said she is very happy that she gets to work with John Lloyd, who also became one of her close friends in the showbiz industry.
“Masaya kasi pagnagauusap talaga kami kahit ano. Mapasasakyan man o buhay buhay. Happy ako na sya yung nakasama ko dito,” she said.
