Even before Arnel Pineda realized that he is meant for rock stardom, he’s always thought of performing and instilling the love of rock ‘n roll he has to the Filipino people. The legendary Journey frontman is back from his month-long much-hyped US tour to exhibit his wondrous affection to the two of the things he loved the most – being a Filipino and Rock.
Archerub Productions and MediaBiz Entertainment Productions partner to mount the muchawaited solo concert on September 11, 9 p.m. Arnel Pineda will rock The Metro Concert Bar (47 West Ave. in Quezon City) for a benefit concert entitled “Rock with Arnel Pineda,” featuring his very own dynamic music group, The AMMO Band.
The AMMO Band is composed of five musically dedicated individuals determined to take Rock to the next level and together with Arnel Pineda, they promise to give you one rockin’ and head-bangin’ date. Helping street kids have been one of Mr. Pineda’s aspiration as he knew how was it is to be one, and as destiny conspires, he now serves as the ambassador for this cause. This concert is for the benefit of Arnel Pineda Foundation, Inc. that aims to provide essential needs that every child deserves and to help provide a safe environment where children can learn, grow, and achieve.
