Bessie Domingo, Imelda Manuel and Tina Gonzales win total prize of $3,000

Glendale Heights, IL – Sunday, August 8. The first fundraising raffle launched by the Committee on Ways and Means of In The Presence of Jesus’ Ministries (IPJM) in March 2010 had its drawing on Sunday, August 8 at the IPJM Worship Center in Glendale Heights. The drawing was held after service and during lunch, before the church attendees that Sunday. The first winning number, 3rd prize was drawn by Bart Tubalinal and the winner was Tina Gonzales. She won a cash prize of $500. The second prize winner, Imelda Manuel, won $1,000. Her winning number was picked by Bishop Carlito Villanueva. None of these two winners were present at the drawing but they had been notified by phone to come to the Center on Sunday, August 15 at 10 A.M. to claim their checks.

The big winner is a devoted church member and leader, Bless (Bessie) Domingo, who purchased a large amount as her donation to the fundraising project. The winning ticket was drawn by Mrs. Estela Villanueva. Sister Bless as she is fondly called by the church people, donated her entire winning, $1,500. back to the building fund.
The Gintong Pamana Awards Foundation, Inc. (GPAFI), which gave its donation to the building fund through the $1,000 worth of purchased tickets also made an earlier public pledge to donate the entire prize should it be fortunate enough to be picked as winner.
On behalf of its pastor, Pastor Armand Cudia and all the church volunteers who helped with the fundraising raffle, IPJM Committee on Ways and Means wishes to thank all those who purchased and/or sold the tickets. IPJM has immediate need of its own church to house its growing membership not only for its Sunday service but for its discipleship, youth training and its many projects and activities aimed at winning more souls for God.

The IPJM Worship Center is located at 2176-A Gladstone Court, Glendale Heights, IL 60133. Sunday worship is at 10-12 noon and 5-6 P.M. Everybody is invited to come and experience the refreshing love of our Lord.
