The Marcoses left the Philippines in 1986, when the Filipino people rose up against them (People Power), after decades of alleged corruption and other crimes. The Philippine Fest Chicago at Navy Pier a Success

The Philippine Fest Chicago (Piyesta Pinoy sa Chicago), held last Sunday, 23 March 2014 from 12:00 Noon to 3:00 pm, at Navy Pier’s Crystal Gardens was declared a success by organizers.

Cavite Medical Mission, Chairman Dr. Fran Montellano Co-Chair: Dr. Nunilo Rubio – The FEUMAANI 2014 Medical-Humanitarian Mission was the culmination of almost two years of preparation of fundraising and more in support of the mission. What was only a medical mission in Cavite was extended to a humanitarian mission in Samar as a result of the devastation wrought in Samar and Leyte by the strongest typhoon ever recorded in history, Typhoon Yolanda, International code; Haiyan.
