Nazi Fuhrer Adolf Hitler loved American Movies. Hitler and his staff reveled in the cartoonish antics of Mickey Mouse, King Kong’s ferocity, and child star Shirley Temple’s many adventures. Films by Charlie Chaplin made him cringe. Hitler and his propagandists weren’t fools. They knew a good thing when they saw it. The Nazis knew how to manipulate public opinion/action through film.
