Roy B. Burgonio, “Batasan Award” in Law; Mr. and Mrs. Danny and Amy Castro, “Lingkod Kapwa Award” for Community Service; G. Jun Delfin, CEA, “Pilak Award in Business;” Mr. and Mrs. Patrick and Fe Mangulabnan, “Pilak Award” in Business and Romeo S. Munoz, Ed.D., “Tanglaw Award” in Education.

The 2007 National Prism Award for Women of Style & Achievements will be awarded to seven women whose diverse academic background, career and commu- nity involvement have earned them the Prism distinction of style and achievements. Named as Prism women were Clarita Sagun Distor, an Operating Room nurse at Illinois Masonic Hospital; Nelida Evangelista Jayme, a Business Manager at the Finance Department of the Office of Vice Chancel- lor-Research at UIC (University of Illinois at Chicago); Nenette Teleron Lagrosa, As- sistant Nurse Manager at DuPage County Hospital; Lourdes Corbo Livas, business woman and manager of the Livas real es- tate holdings; Bonnie B. Mape, retired nurse from Bloomfield Hills, Michigan assisting her physician husband with his practice; Cres Pioquinto, smart and energetic realtor with Baird & Warner and the publisher/edi- tor and litigation lawyer, Ms. Alma Luna Reyes from California.
