Her handbags and accessories, however, have arrived and are attracting the city folk and visitors.
The handbags and other products of Paris Hilton are available at the newly opened Paris Hilton shop at the Abreeza Mall in Davao City.
The store opened just recently and another one maybe opening soon in Metro Manila, this time with world boxing icon Manny Pacquiao and wife Jinky as possible partners.
The Pacquiaos hobnobbed with the wealthy Hilton heiress and model after the boxing champ’s fight against American champion Shane Mosely in Las Vegas last May 7.
During their meeting at the MGM Grand Hotel, the Pacquiaos invited Paris to visit the Philippines, including the province of Sarangani.
The Davao City shop is the first branch of the boutique outside Metro Manila, and only the third branch in the Philippines, according to ABS-CBN.
The store displays bags, fashion accessories, including earrings, wallets, belts, caps and perfumes which were originally designed by Hilton herself.
The prices of the of earrings range from P1,000 and up, while bags cost around P7,000.
According to store manager Alvin Salcedo, although the items are a little bit pricey, people have already bought a lot of items since the store opened.
Salcedo was quoted by ABS-CBN as stating that he and brand manager Donnibelle Estil believe the store will be a hit among Davaoeños.
