Justin Bieber takes Manila by storm

His flight to Manila delayed by a storm, Canadian pop superstar Justin Bieber took the city by a storm nonetheless.

Bieber electrified thousands of Filipinos, and foreigners, who attended his first concert in the Philippines held at the SM Mall of Asia concert grounds in Pasay City.

Pinoys became more enamored with him after he tweeted in Filipino recently.

On May 7, Bieber tweeted, “Next stop.. Manila, Philippines.. #MyWorldTour?! Mahal Kita.”

This was followed by a retweet of his Pinoy fans. Itsjasaransay posted this message, which was then retweeted by justinbieber: @justinbieber can’t wait ‘till you come here in Manila 🙂 I love you.”

Another retweet from the singer was this post from Im_saaam: “I can’t believe that @justinbieber is coming to Manila in less than a day! And on may 10 I’ll be in the same room as him! So excited!”

Justin’s popular songs which he sang and electrified his audience in his SM Mall of Asia concert included“One Time,” “Never Let You Go,” “U Smile,” “Somebody to Love,” and “One Less Lonely Girl.”

Justin would have arrived in Manila a day earlier from Singapore or Hong Kong but the storm in Manila prevented him from flying to the city on schedule by Philippine Airlines.

Earlier, Justin Bieber staged a  jampacked concert in Stadium Merdeka in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

In that April 21 Kuala Lumpur show, one funny ‘boo-boo’ happened when he showed up on stage and greeted his Malaysian fans ‘Hello Manila!’”
