ShareThisMANILA— Department of Justice (DOJ) Secretary Leila De Lima has delegated authority on the duties and responsibilities of the Undersecretaries and other officials of the DOJ.
In Department Circular No. 72, Undersecretary Jose Vicente “Jovee” Salazar was designated to supervise the Bureau of Immigration (BI) and the Technical Staff and other committees and programs.
Undersecretary Francisco Barran III was designated to supervise the Office of the Government Corporate Counsel (OGCC); Parole and Probation Administration (PPA); Bureau of Corrections (Bucor); and the Board of Pardons and Parole (BPP).
Undersecretary Leah Armamento was designated to supervise the Presidential Commission on Good Government (PCGG); Administrative Service in the DOJ Proper; Financial Service in the DOJ Proper; Juvenile Justice Welfare Council (JJWC) as DOJ representative; and Public Sector Labor Management Council (PSLMC) and other committees and programs.
