CAMP OLIVAS, Pampanga—The Police Regional Office 3 (PRO3) under the leadership of Chief Arturo G. Cacdac Jr., has received citations for its contribution to the peace and order in Central Luzon during the 15th Police Community Relations (PCR) Month rites here. Pampanga Governor Lilia “Baby” Pineda, the guest of honor and speaker during the event, cited the role of the Philippine National Police (PNP), especially in Central Luzon.

Pineda noted the contributions of the PNP in keeping peace and order in the country, especially in the region. Pineda said “by having peaceful province or region, we could attract investors to help in the economic growth.”

She pledged some funds for the PNP in Pampanga and Central Luzon.
