MANILA — Hotel heiress and international celebrity Paris Hilton is back in Manila for the inauguration of her real estate project in Paranaque City.
The world renowned style icon and businesswoman visited the Rizal Park, Manila Cathedral and Intramuros before the inauguration of the Paris Beach Club at the Azure Urban Resort Residences in Paranaque City.
Hilton arrived via Cathay Pacific Air flight CX-907 which touched down at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport Terminal 1 at10 a.m. Sunday. The plane came in from Hong Kong.
Henry Barrameda, the events organizer, said Hilton was to be the guest of honor at the inauguration of the Paris Beach Club scheduled on Thursday, March 13.
Paris Beach Club is Hilton’s first real estate project in partnership with premiere property developer Century Properties Group Inc.
Barrameda said Hilton will have some private functions in between days before the inauguration of the Paris Beach Club.
Hilton signed up with Century Properties in 2011 to design the multiple-level beach club—one of the central amenities of Azure Urban Resort Residences, the first beach community-themed development in Parañaque City, Metro Manila.
The Paris Beach Club design adds to the growing list of Hilton’s credentials. A former reality TV star, Hilton is a true style leader and “influencer”. She has become a multi-million dollar brand name with 17 different product lines.
The Paris Beach Club’s amenities include the Paris Beach Bar, social lounge, indoor and outdoor restaurants, ice cream and candy bar, fitness center, separate spas for men and women, locker rooms, theater room, game room and day care amenities.
It complements the Azure development’s centerpiece, the man-made Azure Beach — a unique facility replete with beach features such as fine sand and simulated beach waves as well as a beach volleyball area, a Zen garden, and playground.
Aside from inaugurating the beach club, Paris will hold shoots with Century Properties and attend an invitational party for the unit owners of Azure Residences.
Hilton is scheduled to leave the country on Friday, March 14.
Hilton marked her arrival on Sunday with a tweet: “Just landed in Manila! Magandang umaga, Maayong Buntag Pilipinas!”
On Monday, Paris, together with her brother Barron, toured several notable places in Manila including the Luneta Park.
She took to Instagram to share a photo of the visit with the caption: “Being a tourist in Manila with my crew @BarronHilton @FotoFetish & @Lrw1115. Love having my friends with me when I travel. #Killingit.”
The 33-year-old celebrity also visited Manila Cathedral in Intramuros and even sampled the popular “dirty” ice cream.
Her followers welcomed her to the country and some suggested that she visit other tourist spot like El Nido, Boracay, Palawan, Pagudpod and Cagayan de Oro.
Hilton first visited the country in 2011 for the announcement of the development of Azure, her joint project with local developer Century Properties.
Hilton is scheduled to do photo shoots and attend an invitational party for Azure unit owners.
